At Humble Roots Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, an item just doesn't work out. Here is our return policy to ensure a smooth and convenient process for any returns.
**Return Period** - Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
**Return Condition** - To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, to assist with these costs, Humble Roots will offer a $5 refund towards your shipping fees.
**Process**
1. Ensure your item meets the return conditions mentioned above.
2. For online returns, package your item securely and include the original receipt in the package.
3. Send your package to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Humble Roots.
4. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
